Project Description

Originally a re-heat kitchen, the food was being prepared from a sister school and transported to St Anselm’s to serve children and staff. The aim was to design, supply and install a fully operation commercial kitchen to be able to provided better quality cooked meals to more students and staff.

Our Solution

We took on the challenge of turning the re heat kitchen into brand new hygienic, energy efficient commercial kitchen with brand new state of the art equipment. We also took on the builders works knocking through into two store rooms to make a dry store and staff toilet/changing facilities. We provided: Design, hygienic all cladding, safety flooring, ventilation, equipment supply, stainless steel fabrication, M&E Services, builders works, fire rated shutters.
